Perfect for beginners, these lessons introduce essential color theory concepts including the color wheel, color mixing, and popular color schemes such as complementary, analogous, triadic, and split-complementary. Each project is designed to be simple, interactive, and age-appropriate, making it easy for kids to learn while creating art they’re proud of.
This theme encourages creativity, builds artistic confidence, and helps children develop foundational art skills through play-based learning. Kids will explore warm and cool colors, experiment with bold combinations, and discover how different color choices can completely change their artwork.
By the end of the course, students will understand how to use the color wheel and apply color theory techniques in their own drawings and paintings.
