Free membership must be shared with a new member. BOGO membership cannot be applied to the same account as original purchase.
BOGO membership will be of equal value to purchased membership.
Payment plan is only available for lifetime membership. Two monthly payments of $280 are required in order to maintain lifetime membership status. Membership will be revoked if payment arrangement is not fulfilled.
BOGO memberships have no cash value and cannot be traded, returned, or exchanged.
Lifetime memberships are not transferable.
